I didn't realize this at first either...I thought he was talking about DSL or Fios...I know on my Fios, they don't screw with me at all (or do any sort of traffic shaping (yet))...

Oh, that's retarded. Dump them as soon as you can. I hope they don't ever try to pull that in my area. I've recently switched to Verizon and download at least 3GB every day.
