Default TCL CGI Scripting

Does anyone know TCL CGI Scripting?

What I'm doing is using AJAX to run a TCL CGI Script and everytime the script runs it has to load TCLSH and that takes a long time. What I want to do is find a way to get the TCL Shell (tclsh) to be resident in the webserver all the time so it doesn't have to load each time a TCL Script is ran. This works using PERL but the powers that be want to use TCL but I can't find a way to make the TCL Shell memory resident so it takes quite a while to load and slows down what we're trying to do. They're using Linux and the BOA Webserver. So if anyone knows how to get the TCL Shell to be memory resident in the BOA Webserver I'd really appreciate the help.
