NVidia 7600GS and Kubuntu 7.10 amd64

Is there any driver or utility software for the Operating System above?
I am beginner and I do not know anything about finding and installing the suitable driver for this OS.
WindowsXP is ok. Kubuntu is sth new for me and I want your help. Analytically, please!

I don't know how to install plugins on firefox (shockwave, java, flash) either, because it needs the manual way and I do not know anything.
