Nope. That's a true DX10 exclusive for Crysis. Along with smoke physics I believe.

Actually, you can, you must have the cvar q_renderer at 3 and r_motionblur set to 4. It does have problems; nanosuits arms look bad and the aliens tentacles have artifacts too. But it works.
