Default Screen blanking in SeisWorks (LandMark) using 100.14.19

Hi all

Since our technical workstation refresh (RHEL3 u7 + 1.9755 -> RHEL3 u9 + 100.14.19) some users have been complaining about the screens "blanking" for a couple of seconds when using SeisWorks. To quote one of the users:
Applications affected: Seisworks.

On using mouse button 3 to show pop up menu, both screens blank. One needs to either press mouse button a few times (resulting in screen flashing) or hold the button down until the view returns so that the popup menu can be used.

PS Colin. It has happened a couple of times since your fix, but in a more stable manner ie screen blanks briefly, but immediately returns so that option can be selected.
I've since upgraded this particular user to 169.04 (hence the PS).

Two bug reports are uploaded.

lws030
- xw9300 (dual core, dual socket opteron)
- 16GB RAM
- Nvidia Quadro FX 4500 (169.04 BETA)

lws087
- xw8400 (dual core, dual socket Xeon)
- 16GB RAM
- Nvidia Quadro FX 5500 (100.14.19)

Thanks

CC

EDIT:

Another user has come and seen me now about this. This user is reporting similar problems but with 123DI volume viewer when using the event manager and pressing mouse button 3. This changes the embossing and the screen blanks for half a second or so then comes back.
