SOAD, I want you to fully understand we all love you, but I can only tell you so many times what you're issue is with regard to your DSL.

Again, I love you, in a non-Gib type way, but if you're going to ask for advice and suggestions at least pay it some attention

I was just wondering why it popped up to 1300kbps when thats not possible to get in most of ireland let alone my connection. Oh well, was just curious.

Disk caching/queing/download resume would give you an effect like that.

This guy just said it for me, you line is very noisy. ethier the line you have your modem connected to is bad or you are very far away from the central station. you better off just getting new service.
