nub haxors (hehe), punkbuster si a biger joke than valve was on cs:s. As long as there are multiplayer games, there will be hackers. Do consoles have problems with hacking?

Not sure about 360, but xbox 1 had it's share of hackers. Even with the threat of being banned for life from Live. People still managed to work around it and hack. ::

I wouldn't say that. About a month and a half ago I ran into a server with two scouts that were both using aimbots. They were just killing everybody left and right without issue at all. While the scout isn't instant death like a sniper, when they have an aimbot they can do a lot of damage as the only thing they have to focus on is evasion, and there is very little you can do to stop them save for a sentry gun or grenades that are placed well in advance.

360 and PS3 have all of their security in tact still. 360 games can be pirated but nothing more, the hacks are on the DVD drives themselves, and people still get banned for it every so often.

Xbox 1 was totally compromised pretty early on. The hackers were usually a step ahead on Xbox 1. After a point, you could only be caught if you actually cheated and people saw you (people that did something about it I guess).

I don't think that bothered people much because IIRC the going rate for replacement non-blacklisted TSOP keys was about $10 a pop on ebay. Lots of people who chipped their box but didn't care to play it on live would sell em I guess.
