My up keys arent working??
both the arrow key and the numerical keypad up keys dont work ,the keys are responding but not as an up button.
Should I reinstall windows?

No you dont need to reinstall Windows, it the keyboard.
To use the arrow keys, press num-lock on numerical keypad to activate it. If not working then maybe you need to check the keyboard configuration in Control Panel or restart PC to correct it.

The problem is affecting the arrow keys aswell as the numerical keypad , I uninstalled the keyboard driver and restarted but to no avail.
Its only up that has a problem, On the desktop I get the hourglass flashing on when I press up up works fine in bios and Vista
