Let me tell you looking for headphone amps is nothing like looking for good PC hardware - it's a jungle out there and hardly anything gets reviewed! You basically just have to trust user reviews and word-of-mouth and even then there are many, many choices and recommendations, many also spawning off personal preference. Man I'm now intimidated by the world of hifi/head-fi. Perhaps I should've stayed with my X-fi/HD595's or something...

Nah.. it'll be worth it in the end
