Is 480W PSU Enough for

Intel Core 2 Duo
nforce 680i LT motherboard (xfx)
hard drive 160gb
geforce 9600gt card

Yes, but just keep in mind that the PSU is the most important part of your build. If your PSU shorts out or something happens with it, there is a chance it will take the entire system with it. You get what you pay for, so just make sure to get a decent one.

proc: 65watts
mb: uhh? 100 tops??? probably more like 45
video card: 80ish I believe
hd: 4watts max

even if everything topped out at 100watts, your still golden, honestly, people overdo the whole psu thing

most important is how many amps does it give on the 12V rails?
