System lockup when exiting Xorg

I got a new bug with 169.12. I use an external LCD with my laptop. When I exit Xorg, the system ALWAYS lockup.
Toshiba A200-10x
1.8Ghz Intel dualcore
Nvidia GeForce 7300 Go
Debian/amd64 sid
Xorg 7.3
Gnome 2.12
