Question pb with 169.12 for Linux x86-64 (GPU 8600 GT)

With my Debian 4.0r1 on AMD64 with hardware configuration featuring graphic card ASUS EN8600GT (GPU 8600 GT), I faced to two problems :
- when running "sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-169.12-pkg2.run", an error message appears : ... line 779: ./nvidia-installer: no file or directory of this type (translated from french !)
- I tried to extract only (without running nvidia-installer), and it works correctly. Then I run "./nvidia-installer", and I face to the same problem.

It seems that the problem is not related with the driver, but with my software configuration (sources or files missing may be). I installed sources, but still have the same message.
Does someone has faced to this same kind of problem ?

Many thanks (in advance).
