Hello to everyone, i'm new in the linux OS and i just install on my old laptop (toshiba satellite model s1410-604) ubuntu 7.10. I have an issue with the graphic drivers of the nvidia geforce4 go 420. I cannot find drivers for ubuntu for this card. Any idea?

Default Re: Nvidia geforce4 go 420 drivers

By enabling the proprietary driver,

[System->Administration->Hardware Drivers]

you will be able to use the accelerated features. I don't know what has happened to Compiz in the last few alpha releases for Hardy, but it should be able to run in 7.10.
