nVidia and Magnum Online

So far nVidia for Linux support has been great, actually amazing. But recently I started Playing Magnum online which is a great game. But 169.07 and on cause HORRIABLE graphic errors making the game unplayable ex.(Interface unusable). I was wondering is there a way to use the newest drivers and still keep Magnum online. I am using ArchLinux and a nVidia Geforce 5200 I am using nVidia's distributed drivers.
