ASRock 4Core1600P35-WiFi P35 motherboard. I can get it where i am for about $110-115.

it supports fsb 1600mhz, ICH9R southbridge, ddr3 1333mhz and ddr2 1066, integrated wifi, 2x pci-ex16 lanes (for crossfire, one is at x16 the other at x4).

Specs are good, and asrock is a middle of the pack board maker, not a bad company at all. P35 chipset is a solid chipset. But I think the ASUS P5K-E wifi is around $10-$15 more and is a very solid board, with an 8 phase power supply system.
