Default Outlook Express help

Is there a way to use outlook express with more than one user account so that when it receives mail all users get the same mail?
I am using Windows XP Pro and would like to make another account but if I do when I send receive mail only the account I am logged into gets the mail.

hmm, try leaving the messages on server. I used that when I used to toggle between Linux and windows and wanted the msgs on both. It's under tools and accounts (advanced I believe).
I am pretty sure that will work
