Ended a skype call. Came back a few hours later and the screen was all ****ed up like the graphics card overheated or something. (all pixelated). Turned it off, then back on, and would get the LCD backlight to come on and nothing else. It wouldn't boot even the bios. It wouldn't boot windows. I tried removing batteries and hard drives. Still does not boot. Just turns on and LCD backlight is on but nothing shows up on screen. I'm thinking I have to replace the video card on it. Do any of you all think it might be something else?

If it's still under warranty call HP.
If not I think that machine actually has an MXM video card and you could try ebay for one.
