Default PC not booting/POSTing

This must be a mistake of my own. I took apart my computer for thorough cleaning. When I put it back together, it wouldn't turn on for more than 2 seconds before it shut off. I finally got it to stay on, but now the PC speaker just continuously beeps and I get no video to the monitor. Upon taking it apart or putting it back together, I must of killed something, but I'm not entirely sure. Any ideas?

It depends.

Try taking out all but one RAM stick. Try one at a time. It could be bad RAM.
Make sure if you have a video card that needs power, to connect the power connectors.
Make sure all the power connectors to the motherboard are connected including the 24-pin and 4/8 pin connector by the CPU.
Make sure the CPU fan is spinning and make sure all the wires are ok.
