I think, he will not really help.

What he means is:
The customers have to shut up, after pay for the products.
customers have the responsibility to inform themselves before buying a product.

no, but the forums were full with it. If you buy a card on its first week - well then nobody can really help you. Never buy new to market hardware of any kind if you aren't prepared to deal with problems. This is even true for windows. Or non computer stuff like cars.

While that is true, most people feel that it is S-L-O-W-L-Y time to have decent 8-series drivers. Really.
