Hi!
I'm new, so please be polite ![]() I've just upgraded my debian machine into its 2.6.25 kernel [ debian unstable ] and I can't install the nvidia drivers. I naturally checked the forums and found a patch to the installer, applied it but.. it still doesn't work! I'm trying to install 96.43.05 drivers as I'm using nv geforce 4mx. My /var/log/nvidia-installer.log : http://wklej.org/txt/6445708c14 Thanks in advance for any help. edit: Ok, I finally managed to get it working.. I've had to add sidux repository [ which has some fixed packages ] and install linux-kbuild-2.6.25 and then install the drivers via patched ones. |
