Default 32 lcd DVI-->VGA problem

Hi guys!

If this kind of problem was already solved few times, then please give me some links, but i didn't find such a combination and problem,...

I'm having a Nvidia GS 7200 with DVI and VGA out.

When i first connected my nvidia to my lcd monitor, i saw, that after x startup, the vga out shuts down and only dvi out worked. So i bought myself a dvi-->vga connector, and i setup my linuxmce basic stuff that way.

But then i want to move my htpc (linuxmce) to my bedroom, where my PHILIPS 32pf9731d is.

And now, the troubles begin...

I just cannot get my lcd to work/show... During startup i do not see anything, couse of dithering... Then, when the X should start, the picture oes away complitely... Regarding metamode - i tried to use that one, i used before and it worked... but now, it just doesn't...

After few weeks of probing, i'm completely clueless what to do...

My config and log file are attached.

I would like to ask a kind person, who knows these settings, to look at them and give me some proposals...

Thanks in advance!
