Default TwinView and one monitor uprigt

I got two widescreen monitors here with different resolutions (1680x1050 and 1920x1200).
I want to use the smaller one upright to read larger documents.

With TwinView I was already able to create one large desktop, but
Code:
Option "Rotate" "CCW"
on the small one was ignored.
When I try to rotate with xrandr both monitors rotate (ok, actually not the monitors, but the image ;-))

Is there a way to get my wanted attitude with the nvidia driver?
