TjMaxOffset=-10
for a tjmax of 95c

TJ temps are before throttling if it hits such a temp, TJ Max is the max over all temp before damage is done to the CPU.

yes, my point is the everest and core temp were putting the TJ.Max at 105c instead of 95c for the 45nm C1 stepping Q9450and the X3350. This a fix on how to lower the TJ.Max from 105c to 95c where it should be for these temps.
