i think thats it. u might need q_shaderpostprocess=3 as well.

doesn't that cause some graphical errors though? It does for me every time. Like on the aliens and stuff it doesn't work right.

dunno ive never tested it for more than 5 seconds to ses if it enabled it or not. i turn mblur off completely. huge framerate hit with no improvements to graphics
