Same. It's my intention to ride out my new system at least until Windows 7 comes out, at which point I'm finally gong 64 bit.

Only thinks in my current system that I'll consider upgrading are:

video card - Maybe around the GeForce "11" series, if I like the performance gains and the price. I'm keeping my 9600 for at least 2 years.

sound card - onboard seems fine, but I'm hoping that they get the hang of Vista and someone releases a quality sound card with decent drivers, but it won't be Creative.
