skipping this card, will wait and see what ATI offers, then I have a choice to either get ATI, wait for new GT200 shrink or buy 9800GX2 for about 400.

650+ is ****ing crazy, slightly faster then GX2 in some games, and 250+ dollars more expensive. WTF

The prices a crazzy imo but that is normal are at launch.

I think it is now time to wait till the end of the month and the 48XX releases at see what they bring to the picture.

Yeah. The 8800GT has halfed in price since it's release. I expect your right about the X2 causing a GTX price drop. At least I hope that'll be the case. It'll be £350 in no time

Well I got my 8800GTX about two months after it was realesed and it had gone down when I did. I think they launched at about £400 ish and I got mine for £320. So I think you are right and they may drop to around the £350ish mak in a month or so.
