Im just talking about the guys who are in complete and utter denial about the whole thing and just automatically assume that the GTX 280 will not get any better on newer drivers.

As long as Crossfire is limited by one form of AFR, I won't be investing in it. Show me something like WiC on the DX10 path scaling on it well @ 1920x and up with AA active.

My 9800GX2 runs 730Mhz on the core a
9800GX2 OC VS a 280GTX OC The 9800GX2 will win the tests even more

And i have not used my last $$$ on my 9800GX2 i had ordered a 280 but canceled it when the reviews came out.

Yeah the 280's are definitely not using their full potential at ALL !!

There's NO way the Gx2 with it's crippled 256-bit bus can keep up to the
512-bit bus and 1Gb of ram of the 280.. (that's literally 2x as much memory as the Gx2) !!


There's just NO way it'll keep up.. anyone who thinks otherwise is just
fooling themselves because they're jealous of all these 280's..

Exactly, I cannot help though but to get a kick out of some of these GX2 fanbois who are so butt hurt about the whole thing. They should have waited. LOL.
