Thumbs up CPU/Ram/Mobo upgrade, thoughts?

Hello all, I'm upgrading my current system's CPU, RAM and Motherboard. I was wondering if anyone here can chime in and give some suggestions? I've decided on the following thus far:

Core 2 Quad Q9450 (Yorkfield)
I know this is due for a price drop in Q3, so I'm holding off on purchasing the set until then.

Asus P5K3 LGA 775 P35
I went with this, because the CPU has 1333 FSB, and all the newer board seem to have the same features but also support the 1600 FSB which new CPU's will be getting. I wont be upgrading in that short amount of time, so its useless for me to get a board which supports 1600 FSB.

OCZ Platinum 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333
To compliment the mobo's 1333 speed.

I'll also be nabbing the OEM version of Vista Ultimate 64. Can anyone see any problems with this setup/line of reasoning?

Any comments are appreciated!

Edit: I do realize that the 2nd 16x slot is gimped, thats not a problem since I wont be using SLI.

Thanks Its been a while since I was on an intel platform, but am I correct in assuming that the "1333" naming system for the FSB and RAM are one in the same? I know back in the day I had to overclock my Pentium 4 to achieve the RAM's default operating speed at a 1:1 divider. It seems like I wont have to do that as everything will run 1:1 out of the box, right?

That's the way I take it, but honestly, I'm about to ride the Intel bus (no pun intended) for the first time since like 1999. I get my new stuff (see SigPic) this week. Hell, I haven't even decided on a mobo for sure, yet! Tryin' to decide is givin' me a headache! There are so many to choose from. LOL
