I purchased a Diamond 4870.

I had the Evga 8800gtx since november 2006, was waiting for the GTX280 but noise more than price is an issue for me. So I bought the Sapphire HD 4870 and it's crushing my 8800GTX in every benchmarks and it's also quiet.

The GTX 280 need a die shrink asap !

Well I had my step-up EVGA GTX 280 for 2 days. Now its artifacting like crazy. Time to RMA it. I might be going ATi (4870) now
