Default nVidia Hybrid Power on Linux?

Hi guys.

What about support nVidia Hybrid Power on LINUX drivers? Are there any news? I read this:

http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/show...t=hybrid+power

And I am disappointed. Are there any news or plans about Hybrid Power support on Linux?
I think that configureing X to use your motherboard GPU isn't solution.

Looking forward for any answears, thank you.

And how is this done anyways ?
Is it possible on every laptop ?
Mine has a 8400M GS, I would be curious to know if it is possible to switch to the GMA X3100 which is supposed to be in the GM965 chipset onboard, just by X configuration...

Probably the on-board GPU is deactivated on your laptop so it isn't possible to use our on/board GPU.
