Nothing I've found stresses the video more than ATITool Show 3D View "furry cube". This will crash my card w/ OCs if I let it run long enough but I can play Crysis for hours without issue. I don't know how it compares to Furmark; will have to check that out.

I loop Crysis for 99 times using Guru3D's Benchmark Tool. Each run takes 53 seconds so it's about 90 minutes of stress testing each time...

Furmark is much tougher on the card than ATITool

Furmark almost made my GTX 280 burst into flames when I left it running while I went to the store. It was at like 90c at 100% fan. No other test did that.

As a matter of fact, the "Small FFT" Torture Test on Prime95 is one of the better stress testing applications out there for multi-core CPUs.
