i have an abit nf7 nforce2 motherboard and i can't install audio driver and utilities on win xp
in the device manager i see only "NVIDIA nForce(TM) Audio Codec Interface" but as the manual says there should be a "NVIDIA nForce(TM) MCP Audio Processing Unit (Dolby (R) Digital)" too |

Do you have the nf7 or the nf7-s? Because only the nf7-s supports SoundStorm(aka, Dolby Digital encoding). |

SOunds like it's the basic one, you should really use these http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&Software=True drivers. nVIDIA's basic drivers suck
