I hope you have some QOS parameters defined with that type of connection. How many people are feeding off that line?

At that time it was just me. There is QoS, but I'm not the one who defines it. At the time though QoS was disabled and all the bandwidths should have been MINE!

Our ISP is having issues Australia wide though. :
