Yap. That's what I was going to say. Audio in to pass through to HDMI output IF your card has that.

I can't find any info either. :
:It's would be audio in from a soundcard. Does it look like an analogue connection or digital. Post pics if you can. It's possible it's not actually functional on this generation and that a HTPC 280 is coming later? |

Ah ok, yeah it's a digital in that gets passed through to a HDMI connection.
I notice Nvidia cover it. Probably not a good idea to uncover it. If you start to dig you're only gonna get dirty nekro... : : |

You need the SPDIF connector.

The ATI cards have on board audio chip (all for less money) and it works with HDMI cables, simple like that.

I know the Abit IN9 32x-Max WiFi mobo I used to have had a SPDIF out next to the gfx card for this reason. Not seen anyone that's made use of it though.
