Default Compiz and Nvidia 177.70

I use 177.70 drivers and compiz 0.7.6.
I see some shuttering problems in some plugin of compiz like expo,scale.
I use in compiz the option loose binding.

Try to disable the text plugin.

I still get stuttering workspace switching because the (mobile) gpu doesn't wake up from "sleep" fast enough. And none of the official or unofficial tools and tricks to enforce a more performace-oriented powermizer profile worked...
