i have tha above card the 8800gt xxx will i see a big improvment with getting a 280gtx (standard one) yea i have seen the reveiws just want to no has anyone gone from gt to 280
upgradeing due to the 1920x1080 res i am running now also the 9800gtx+ is that a longer card? seen one other day it looked bigger than the 8800gtx thanks

Yes you will notice a great difference. I noticed a big difference from my 8800GTS 512MB that I had uberclocked when I went to this GTX 260 Superclocked. I had a 9800GTX+ briefly and it blew chuncks, was slower than my 8800GTS so I sent it back. Yes the 9800GTX+ and the GTX 260/280 are very long, I could barely fit it in my case, and ended up just recently taking out my hard drive cage to give it more room because it was literally bunched up right against it.

Not trouble really, it just wasn't any better and even slower in some benches than the 8800GTS it replaced so it was a waste of time.

yea i seen that on reveiws was a bit hard to beleive. but slower thats is hard to beleve too. but saying that looking at specs i looked at mine to the 9800gtx did not see mtch differance and that was benched with standard gt so what did you do with 9800 thel them it was duff and get a upgrade?
