Sounds like this could be the way of the future. Its already pretty cheap for a brand new technology.
looks interesting, but my biggest concern is that lasers are coherent light. It doesn't blend, but it would seem that the viewing angles aren't going to be very pronounced either. I'm guessing whatever film they are projecting the image on would spread the light out.

Um, aren't lasers the ones that make you go blind? Call me a cynic here, but I think I'd rather look at something with a few less colours, and still be able to see after that 50,000hr lifetime has expired.
