Crysis just started downloading from Steam.... - Page 3

Warhead started updating when I verified the cache. I never play a game until I verify the cache.

Anyways, I didn't install GameSpy...I hit Cancel and it hasn't asked me since.

Hang in there .. I had problems at first, but finally got it going and it's great.

Just be patient. Find something else to do in the meantime !!

My European download unlocked only 4 hours ago. In the meantime a crack was already out. People that wanted it desperately, could have bought it on the 17th,if it was made available to them, only it wasn't. Now, by the time Steam unlocked, these very same people were already playing the downloaded version they had...

See a pattern here people? Different release dates suck. They promote piracy and piss people off. Nice job EA!

I think the delayed worldwide Steam release had to do with distributing the game to all the content servers around the world. See how you'd b*itch if you were downloading on the 17th at 30Kb/s ...

I downloaded STALKER:CS on the 15th at 300kb/s... That was worldwide as well... They made a mess with Warhead. They should have planned ahead... Direct2Drive was also locked for Europe, so was the EA store... It wasn't Steam only...
