Crysis Warhead Feedback Thread - Page 9

I got to play some more this weekend, and Warhead is a great game. The visuals are just as stunning as Crysis IMO, and it runs MUCH better. Plus it's just fun cloaking and de-cloaking on nub koreans and kicking their asses, and blowing **** up with the RPG and grenades. Linear as hell, but still a lot of fun.

Yeah I agree Warhead is definitely more FUN than the original Crysis.

I also think the graphics are better in some ways, worse in others.. but it's hard
to pinpoint. They both look great.

Warhead runs 2x as good here for me, playing in Dx9 1680x1050 with 4xaa
and the frames are just beautiful!

no game has impressed me as much and made me think OMG, or WOW these are great graphics

There's not really a game that looks better in all areas, but certain things look better in other games.

I just got the Sniper Scope and the reflection on the glass is awful. Even TF2 does a better job at that.

I don't know...I just remember the game looking so much more impressive in the early videos.

The ice on the scope in cold areas is a neat detail though

Well heck, looks like none of the BB's around here carry the game or they are just out of stock. Guess I gotta wait and see when they get some copies in since I have a gift card to use.
