Default Linux and 9800 GX2

When booting into linux (CentOS) the keyboard and mouse (PS2) are disabled and can not be used at all. It seems to happen when the NVIDIA screen appears during startup. This happens with a 9800 GX2 but nt when an 8800 is swapped.

Also the keyboard and mouse work fine with 9800 when booted into Windwos.
ANyone have a similar problem or solutions?

Backup your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and run nvidia-xconfig. It might clear out some gunk that is unecessary.
