E-mail, photo programs stripped from Windows 7 - Page 2

I don't see a big deal with not including them, I mean, how much space are they really taking up? Photo programs, e-mail and a few other tidbits, is what, 100 meg?

I do believe Windows should move to a "select your apps to install" setup. Provide the basic installation for "most" folks, and "advanced" for us in teh knowz. Let us just completely rip out the Security Center, Indexer, etc. without having to nLite or vLite.

Also they really need to test and make it clear IF a feature can effect gaming performance, whether it shuts down for games and if it can be a benefit in general use, that way we can fine tune our PCs to our needs. I myself would just strip everything. :
