Default 9500GT

The driver of my 9500GT doesn't work. Strangely it works directly after installation. But if I restart the system the XServer always crashes.
OS: Debian Etch
Drivers: NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.12-pkg1.run and NVIDIA-Linux-x86-177.67-pkg1.run

I added console output, xserver-log and xorg.conf as attachments.

Thanks for any help.

I just saw the nvidia-bug-report file is missing. I added it as attachment.

You appear to be missing glxinfo, so your bug report is missing the ldd output. Please paste the output of 'ldd /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so'
