Default Games freeze on 9800GT

On my new 9800GT games sometimes freeze and I must kill them from terminal. On my old 6600 was all fine.

Heh.

What games? At what settings? What temperature is your GPU and CPU? Are things stable in Windows? (if you have that installed)

Windows not installed. Temperature 40-50C. Games: ETQW, setting to max. After rebuild kernel without Multi-core scheduler support (SCHED_MC) and add idle=poll.. I'm play along 2 hours and don't get freezes. Freezes happens at high load on graphic card. I think it's old nvidia's drivers problem on SMP machines.
