You upload to a central server, buddies need to download same map from there.

Where do the map files go?
When using the map editor in Vista, it saves the maps to: "C:\Users\*your username*\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 2\user maps" Place the map files here.

Certain shots make the game appear beautiful, others make it look like crap. Shots of fields that lack shadowing vs darker shots that give the game a completely different appearance...

so all you get is black screen? that is often caused by some type of AA issue.

have you tried with AA set to application? or set it off?
