I am really liking some of these updates

I especially like that sidebar will no longer be it's own process

And the other little features PLUS (allegedly) lower resource usage is awesome. My next HTPC will thank Microsoft for the lovely new Media Center as well

well, it's just vista with a couple updated features. the kernel is still vista-based.

i cant wait for all the vista bashers to say "OMG WIN 7 IS AWESOME!" when in actuality, it's a modified vista.

If its modified in a way that its improved upon Vista...then yea...i would say OMG WIN 7 is awesome -.-...
