Blue taint on fonts
Hi,
I've installed the latest NV drivers on RH 9. I've managed to get it started and its working fine. I'm using KDE. In KDE apps(eg. Konqueror, Panel, right click menu, etc), there are blue taint (?) around the fonts. The strange thing is that I only see this in KDE apps not in others like Firebird and Mozilla. Any ideas? Run kcontrol. Navigate to 'LookNFeel: Fonts'. Disable sub-pixel hinting.

Hi
thanks for the tip. I tried turning off sub-pixel hinting. Still did not worked. I only managed to remove the blue taint when I turn off anti-alias fonts completely. Regards Chuk Quote:
