Actually it's not that bad over there now. Pretty decent size NV community and a lto of R3D old timers who are using NV cards. So things are kept in check lol

Still no reason to "burn someone at the stake" here for saying something good about ATI. I post in both forums and would like to think that people can be civil and not compare the size of their penis w/ who has the fastest, or best video card .

I've got a novel idea, let's use these forums to help others troubleshoot issues and discuss issues of relevance....or do we have a bunch of politicians in here??

Well sometimes it's just one part of you're whole setup conflicting or just bad luck both can be applied in some cases ....

what i meant satur is it could be very likely an IrQ conflict... (one which older creative cards almost never fail at xD)

That is not microstuttering. Microstuttering refers to framerates that seem lower than they report to be. What you are showing is plain old hitching, so you have a conflict elsewhere. Neither the hardware nor the software should be causing that.

Did you uninstall and reinstall the game after the hardware change? It seems as if the game is accessing your hard drive often. Or at least something is.
