Default NVlogo with 177.80 and latest stable X.org

I've got an updated repository of X.org and I'm running the 1.5.2 version:

(II) Module dbe: vendor="X.Org Foundation"
compiled for 1.5.2, module version = 1.0.0
Module class: X.Org Server Extension

I've succesfully installed the Nvidia 177.80 driver for my 9500GT it works, the strange thing is that the startup NV logo disappeared! It doesn't show the logo, why? thanks

Is it possible that your monitor just takes too long to sync to the new video mode? The driver doesn't wait after displaying the logo, so if the X server starts up faster now, it'll draw the root window before your monitor comes back on.
