Hi all,
I'd like to ask, if I am alone to encounter ugly graphical glitch with the latest Linux drivers (1.0-4496) I am running Mandrake 9.1 with 2.4.21 kernel, Xfree 4.3. I've never seen the problem with older drivers. I downgraded to 4363 which are OK, but I cannot maintain this state, because engine I am using for developing is no longer compatible with those drivers. So the problem is: Whenever I use OpenGl acceleration (either WineX, or native Linux OpenGl), there is an ugly rectangle at the bottom right of the screen, which looks like random memory dump. Again this is speciality of the latest drivers, no prior version I tested doesn't do that. Is there anything I can do? Thanks a lot Jan Model Geforce 4-MX 420 IRQ 9 Video BIOS 04.17.00.37.10 Card Type AGP |

I found many pages back, that this problem should be fixed in the next release.
If it's correct, I won't mind waiting :-) Jan |
