Default Crash with 177.82

When starting X with gdm, the system freezes about 5 out of 10 times.
Example:

1. I booted my computer, gdm startet. The system freezes and does not react to the powerbutton pressed.

2. I rebootet into runlevel 2. I did "modprobe nvidia". I ran nvidia-bug-report (see nvidia-bug-report_crash.log.gz)

3. I startet gdm manually (/etc/init.d/gdm start). It works just fine. I ran nvidia-bug-report again (see nvidia-bug-report_works.log.gz)

Any hints?
